Inactive Projects: If a project has not been accessed, modified, or used within the last 30 days, we may reasonably assume the project is no longer needed. In such cases, we reserve the right to delete or archive the project and its asociated data to free up storage space.
  2. User-Initiated Deletion: Users can delete their projects at any time through their account dashboard. Upon deletion, all associated data and processing results will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
  3. Storage Constraints: In the event that storage capacity becomes limited, we may prioritze the removal of inactive projects. Users will be notified 3 days in advance before their data is deleted for this reason.
  4. Anonymization and Residual Storage: After deletion, we may retain anonymized data for research, analytics, or improvement of our Services. This data will not be linked to any individual project.
  5. User Notifications: Before permanently deleting inactive projects, we may attempt to notify the user via their registered email address.
